  • The shelf-life for our product is 2 years for everything except for the except for a number of the dressings in the squeeze bottle which are 1 year.

  • The 375ml bottle is a French wine bottle and during covid restrictions we struck a number of issues:

    • In France they were struggling to produce the bottles and the lead time for ordering was a minimum of 9 months.
    • Freight into NZ by ship was severely affected meaning delivery dates were uncertain.
    • NZ wine bottles are made for screw caps not corks therefore the neck size is different meaning we couldn’t use a pourer lid if we used the NZ wine bottles.
    • The cost of the 375ml bottle increased significantly.
    • The 250ml bottle chosen is widely available in NZ and there is also a similar bottle of the same size that we can use should there be any issues with supply.  With a 375ml bottle there is no back up bottle available.
  • Yes. We have reviewed our product range and removed the slow selling items. As a part of that review we also decided to refresh the brand with our new design and to adopt a new jar for out jams and chutneys.
